Negative: Finding parking after 6pm was terrible - ended up parked 5 blocks away on both nights (& it was raining on the second night)
Walls were paper-thin - could hear every noise coming from the adjoining unit (incl the occupants talking very loudly to one another and their kids running around from 11pm till 1am on both nights) Not a particularly restful sleep
