Kitchen not so clean,厨房没有很干净，时钟没电池，有的灯不会亮没有更换，热水要等很久很久，有股味道,是我在新西兰住过最不理想的住宿，希望屋主可以改进。。 Positive: Unrelated

You Can Do Better Positive: Location Negative: Stained tea towels and kitchen hand towel. No bathroom hand towel Squashed bugs on bedroom walls No complimentary tea or coffee Skylight in second bedroom doesn't open, no other window for ventilation - illegal? High price for poor facilities Kitchen and hall lights not functioning and bedroom lamp constantly flickering. Paintwork generally poor Clock not working No television No heatpump Bathroom shower base dirty looking, and bathroom skirting boards need replaced - the place needs a reno. No bin in bathroom Self close door doesn't self close.

Positive: It was walking distance to skyline and main street Negative: The front door was hard to close and lock.

Perfect location to explore Queenstown Positive: About a mile out of town but a perfect quiet location. I want to relay my Thanks as Scenic Stay stepped up when I was let down by Gateway apartments. Negative: Nothing
