The overall cleanliness was poor and far below our expectations. When we arrived, staff were still eating inside the property, and there was a strong smell of food throughout the place, which was very unpleasant. The room was also not properly cleaned, and the overall environment and service were below an acceptable standard. Definitely not what we expected and not recommended.

Clean and tidy, no air-conditioner as noted. I missed it did not have a TV. Positive: Cleanliness, location, kitchen Negative: It dit not have air-conditioning as advertised. No TV (i missed that it was not on the list) Mattress needs replacement.

Enjoyed the space , great value. Positive: Quite and out of the way, private, nice view Negative: Everything was good, just no parking directly in front of room.

Kitchen not so clean,厨房没有很干净，时钟没电池，有的灯不会亮没有更换，热水要等很久很久，有股味道,是我在新西兰住过最不理想的住宿，希望屋主可以改进。。 Positive: Unrelated
