We didn’t stay as the room was a converted garage with a commercial laundry next door in the other half of the garage.

When we rocked up there was bags of rubbish down the driveway, the room was a converted garage and the adjoining garage

Nice little space
Positive: The communication with the host was great, quick, helpful and respectful.
Good location, comfortable bed and pillows, warm, good tv and shower.
Overall clean.
Not very spacious but good enough.
You could hear people that live above walking up and down (a lot) and also the washing machine going but when it was time to sleep there was no noises so nothing to be concerned about. Earplugs were provided but we didn’t need to use them.
Clear instructions from the hoist.
It was enough for what we needed.
