Nice place if you are not trying to relax.
Positive: Nice room very new and we'll kept. Out of town but very nice neighborhood with access to bus and hiking trails into town or the mountains.
Negative: Commerical laundromat next door
Family living upstairs runs said laundromat and operates 24-7 so there is traffic in and down the stairs at all hours. Very noisy as others have stated.

Negative: A small compendium of how things work would be handy. I worked them out eventually but didn’t find heater until just before I left. Not that it mattered.
